Rob Rogers serves in the role of Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of Children & Families First, a non-profit human services organization located in Wilmington, Delaware. Immediately prior, Rob served four years as the Chief Financial Officer of Community Care of West Virginia, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing healthcare to those in rural West Virginia. Prior to relocating to West Virginia, Rob lived with his wife and three daughters (now 21, 19 and 11) in the metropolitan Baltimore area while serving as the Director of the Maryland Historical Society. His previous positions include Executive Vice President, Operations of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Maryland and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the National Arts Stabilization, a non-profit arts management group, and his nonprofit volunteer service has included roles on the Baltimore Cultural Tourism Committee, Greater Baltimore Heritage Alliance, Maryland Commission on Artistic Property and the Mount Vernon Cultural District, . Rob is a graduate from the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business Administration and also a graduate of the Getty Leadership Institute.
